Someone answers, at any hour
Any hour, any day: the line is answered. A burst pipe at 2am is the ordinary case for this trade, not the exception.
Nothing to pay for being connected
There is nothing to pay here. No sign-up, no fee for the introduction, no charge if you decide not to go ahead at all.
Licensed, insured and nearby
The contractor on the other end is independent, licensed for this trade in Alabama, and based close enough to West Blocton to turn up. Ask for the license number and proof of insurance on the first visit; that request is normal and welcome.
You can ask to be connected to someone else
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
